sociais/coletivos e por isso está necessário a botar a metodologia
do projeto da pesquisa online para estabelecer a transparência do
projeto para todos/todas. até agora, a programa do do projeto da
pesquisa é finalizado e revelar descrições mais detalhadas dos

due to the contact with several social movements/collectives, it is time to update to methodology of the case study in order to make the project proposal transparent for everyone. until now, the time schedule has been conpleted and leads to in detail descriptions of the single steps. the schedule can be found under the following link
until now not all steps have been described in detail but the most important necessary to start the project. these steps are currently

- proposal to conduct workshops in order to organize the research project

proposta de oficina: como organizar o projeto – mapear e relatar

Depois a comunidade avaliaria a viabilidade do
projeto da pesquisa, uma infraestrutura organizacional dever ser
formado para administrar o projeto numa forma autônomo e autogeriodo
por a mesma comunidade.
A proposta seguinte podia ser um diretriz para a
realização das oficinas que se tratam das questões da
implementação do projeto.
Objetivo: formação de grupos de trabalho que
tratam os vários aspectos do projeto. Os grupos de trabalho estão
aberto para todas as pessoas, com e sem conhecimento necessário, e
pediam ser formado durante os oficinas. O conhecimento necessário
tem que ser discutido e transferido para os participantes para
facilitar os a trabalhar numa maneira autônomo. Alem disso, as
pessoas podiam transferir seu próprio conhecimento para outras
pessoas por que eles/elas são multiplicadores/as para a própria e
outras comunidades.

workshop proposal: how to organize the mapping and reporting project

Once the feasibility
and usefulness of the research project is assured by the local
community/people, an organisational structure has to be established
which allows the project to be managed in an autonomous and
self-organized manner by the people itself.
The following proposal could serve as a guideline for the conduction of a
series of workshops that cover the concrete questions of the
implementation of the project.
Objective: creation of workgroups that cover the different aspects of
the project. The workgroups are open to all members of the community,
with or without corresponding knowledge, and could be formed during the
workshops. All knowledge necessary shall be discussed and transfered to
the participants in order to enable them to work autonomously. Further
on, the people could pass their knowledge to other people, thus they are
multiplicators for their own and probably other communities.

yesterday in grajaú, zona sul of são paulo: rede de comunidades do extremo sul de são paulo went on the streets in order raise awareness of the issues the communities in this part of the city have to face. their public action took place at Avenida Belmira Marin that is usually blocked by traffic as it is the main street which connects the even more remote communities and brings the traffic from outside são paulo as well.
during the whole day, public space was reclaimed with…
…breakdance…
…concerts and rap-jams…
…theater with brava companhia…
local citizens from various communities talked about actual problems in their communities: lack of sanitation and water, demolishion of houses, …
…antifa…anarchy…squatting…peace…
…music and a spontaneous concert with a local band…
a mobile and temporary free radio station was build up for the action as well which was put on air during the afternoon.

Antes do começo do projeto real da pesquisa, uma
(ou mais) discussões ou oficinas seriam ser realizado com as
pessoas, comunidades ou coletivos que têm interesse em relatar,
mapear e usar informações para o aumento da própria luta.
Uma discussão/oficina é um pré-requisito
necessário por que a tem vários intenções:
conhecer a situação e o contexto local em que as
pessoas vivem, para entender os desejos , necessidades e obrigações delas.
introducão ao concepto e as possibilidades de
mapeamento com dispositivos moveisconhecer as restrições que
existem na situação da vida das pessoas – restrições financeiras:
falta de dinheiro de mandar SMS ou possuir um celular; restrições
educativa – analfabetismo, exclusão digital; restrições sociais –
gênero, idade.
Objetivos: a discussão tencionado deve prover possibilidades de trocar conhecimento e saber (técnico, do ambiente urbana, das questões da comunidade) em duas direções e deve ser usado para avaliar a viabilidade do projeto. A metodologia do projeto está muito flexível e dá espaço para ajustar a para o contexto local.
Próximos passos: Quando a comunidade avalia que o
projeto é viável e faz sentido para ela, o projeto poder ser
realizado. A próxima proposta é de realizar uma cadeia de oficinas
que cobrem as questões da organização e implementação do
projeto. As oficinas podiam ser basedas nos frutos da discussão de viabilidade.

Before the research project can be started, a discussion (or
several discussions) shall take place with people from local
communities or collectives that show interest in the reporting and
mapping project.
A discussion is absolutely necessary due to the following reasons:
learn about the situation of the people and in order to get to know
the peoples wishes, necessities and their local context.introduction of the concept of the mapping project to the people
learn about
constraints that are imposed on them, ie. financial constraints –
no money to send sms, educational constraints – illiteracy, social
constraints – gender issues, age.
Objectives: the intended discussions shall provide possibilities for knowledge exchange in both directions and shall be used to assess the
feasibility of the project in the environment the people life in. Due
to the fact that the project proposal is not fixed at all, a great
variety of possibilities exist for adjustment to the local context.
Next Steps: once the community decides that the project is feasible and usefull for them, the project can be realized. The proposal is to conduct a series of workshops that would cover the questions of the concrete organization and implementation of the project. The wokshops could be based on the results of the initial feasibility discussion.
