update
its a long time since I updated this blog but now its time to work on it more frequently. here comes a short overview of what have been done so far:
an about page is available with a short who-what-where-when-and-why kind of text, as well as contact information.
the thesis research proposal has been writen and parts of if can be found under the menu master thesis. this will be the place which continously evolves and which will finally represent the complete thesis. so far, only the theoretical work has been started which currently consists of the following (very incomplete) parts
- network society
- mobile revolution
- mobile activism
- research question of the thesis
- objectives of the thesis
all literature and websites that serve as source of information for the theoretical and practical work are also available online at zotero.org. zotero is a nice piece of free software in order to manage all kind of information and documents.
there now also exist a blogroll of websites which are related to mobile technology, projects, social movements and other interesting stuff. check them out if u like…
finally, all past and future posts that lost or will loose their relevance concerning the content of the master thesis (so far not that many) are now tagged as legacy. this hopefully alows for tracking changes in ideas and cencepts from the beginning till the end of the thesis and perhaps allows self-reflection in order to learn from it.
